Disinfecting and Sanitizing

Custom Pest Solutions has been diligently monitoring the Covid-19 Pandemic and has heeded the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to promote the health and safety of our community. This includes implementing new cleaning measures, following strict hygiene protocols, practicing social distancing, and providing our employees with personal protective equipment to wear. Custom Pest Solutions wants to continue to do our part to help stem the outbreak.

To help families and businesses throughout Central Florida maintain clean environments, Custom Pest Solutions is offering disinfectant and sanitization treatments.  Our Disinfectant and Sanitization Treatments combine a variety of application methods to thoroughly disinfect your home, workspace or common areas of any home or business. This disinfectant treatment is effective at dramatically reducing the number of bacteria and viruses from common colds, Coronavirus, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Influenza A, and H1N1 Virus and more.

Custom Pest Solutions' Disinfectant and Sanitization Treatments go above and beyond a typical deep clean treatment. Depending on the needs of your specific property, our professionals will incorporate multiple methods of product application as a part of our indoor disinfectant regimen. These include wiping down, misting, and the use of aerosol devices to fog your home or business from floor to ceiling with our disinfectant solution during each sanitization treatment. Our team will focus on hard to reach areas and high contact locations. By spraying a wet mist of disinfecting solution in a room and allowing it to settle on surfaces, it promotes a stronger antibacterial and antiviral effect.

As with any disinfectant and sanitization service, it is important all surfaces are free and clear of clutter, food, paper and any other objects that will not allow our team access to key areas. So before each treatment, we will review with you exactly how to prepare for your treatment. After the treatment is completed, we also require all our disinfection and sanitization service customers to remain outside of their home or business for 4 hours or until the product has thoroughly dried. The unique disinfectant blend we use for sanitization treatments has a fresh citrus scent and won’t leave a film or residue.

Custom Pest Solutions can help businesses maintain a sanitized environment for their customers and employees.

When the time to open your business arrives for you, Custom Pest Solutions is here to help. We will provide COVID-proof disinfectant and sanitizing treatments to ensure your employees and customers are entering a sanitized location; be it restaurants, bars, gyms, barbershops, hair and nail salons, fast food chains, retail stores, movie theaters, golf clubs, and more.

Custom Pest Solutions will work with your business to recommend a customized treatment schedule to regularly and effectively reduce bacteria and viruses found on common surfaces. Since people will now hold businesses to a different standard of cleanliness, by adding a disinfecting treatment schedule, you will give your customers the confidence they need to continue returning to your business. With this schedule, we will provide you with a certificate of treatment and an image to share on social profiles that show your customers that you have taken major steps to ensure their safety. As a business owner, you will get the peace of mind from doing everything you can to keep your customers and employees safe from causing a second wave of infections.

We will also conduct a thorough inspection during our walkthrough of your property to see if any pests like ants, spiders, roaches, or mice may have gotten into your business. CPS has many solutions to help every commercial business with pest control services and/or disinfecting services.

For utmost effectiveness we may recommend additional treatments in higher traffic areas. For example, buildings that see more foot traffic or which house individuals that are more susceptible to the virus, like the elderly, should receive treatments more often.

Our treatments are commonly requested for the following types of properties:
•    Residential homes
•    Office buildings
•    Medical facilities
•    Nursing homes
•    Senior Centers
•    Emergency vehicles
•    Childcare locations
•    Food service providers (bars, restaurants, fast food, delivery operations, supermarkets, etc.)
•    Retail stores
•    Public restrooms or home facilities
•    Home kitchens and bathrooms
•    Common living areas
•    Spas, tanning salons, and health clubs
•    Cruise lines, airline terminals, and shipping terminals

Our Disinfectant and Sanitization treatments are most effective in spaces that have already been de-cluttered and prepped. Because of the application methods, our treatments are not intended for use on non-porous surfaces. Treatments on items such as pillows, carpets, clothing, or other fabric materials can be applied but are not as effective at reducing the number of bacteria and viruses as hard surfaces. These treatments are not intended for people, animals, or soil treatment. Our treatment services do not include mold removal or deep cleaning services.

Moving, selling, or renting during COVID-19 pandemic?

Moving into a new home or selling your home may be unavoidable during these unprecedented times. You may be concerned about exposing others to bacteria and viruses that may be inside your home already or concerned about having these brought in your home during home tours. To keep yourself, your family and potential buyers or renters all feeling safe, it is important to keep your home/apartment disinfected and sanitized. We can regularly and effectively reduce bacteria and viruses found on common surfaces with our Disinfectant and Sanitizing service plan. All parties involved will have peace of mind knowing you are taking these steps to keep everyone free of infection.

How can you reduce your chances of becoming ill?
According to experts at the CDC, our best defenses against the virus now are simple, non-medical interventions that we are all already familiar with. Remember to practice these recommended steps with your family and at work throughout the duration of the outbreak:
•    Regularly wash your hands.
•    Avoid touching your face.
•    Practice social distancing, maintaining at least 6-feet from other people at all times.
•    Always cover your cough or sneeze with your elbow.
•    Stay home if you are sick.
•    Maintaining a clean, disinfected and sanitized environment.

Let us help you keep your living and working spaces as clean and sanitized as possible with our Disinfecting and Sanitization Treatments. We can schedule regular appointments once or twice a month for most of our customers, though receiving more frequent treatments is also possible as well as one time services.

We are in this together. By working together to help our neighbors and protect the vulnerable in our communities, by following health experts’ advice to maintain sanitized living and working environments and by following smart hygiene practices, we can each do our part to stem the outbreak and protect our loved ones.
